Vital U® Help
Vital U provides access to education and supporting materials using a Learning Management System (LMS). Your access to specific courses and materials in the system is determined by your organization’s Maintenance and Support status, how your organization is using its Education Units, and other factors. If you would like access to items that are not available, please contact our Vital U Education Coordinator at 952.487.9559 or e-mail vitalu@vitalueducation.com.

Some courses use course materials to provide access to documents, vidoes, or recorded Webinars. Courses like this have no lessons.

Access the course from either the COURSE CATALOG or MY ACCOUNT tab, then select an item from the list of materials.
You can sort your courses by either Course Name, Due Date, or Expires Date by clicking on the column headings.

Most of the time, you will be enrolled automatcally in the courses that are part of your organization's profile. When you access a course, you will see a message telling you that you are already enrolled.

NOTE: If a course has only course materials (no lessons), you can access the materials directly on the course page. You only need to go to My Accounts to launch a course that has one or more lessons (for example, an eLearning course).
If you are not enrolled in a course, and the Enroll icon is not grayed out, click Enroll.

After a few moments, the system will complete the enrollment.
Your Vital U session will time out after 30 minutes of inactivity. When your session times out, only the HOME and HELP tabs are visible.

NOTE: When you are logged in, the HOME, COURSE CATALOG, MY ACCOUNT, and HELP tabs are visible.
To display the My Vital login page, use the link provided on the HOME page.
