Personal Information may include: (i) Contact Data (such as your name, mailing and e-mail , and social security number); (ii) Demographic Data (such as your addresses and zip code.).
2. Uses of Information Collected
Vital Images may use Contact Data to send you information about products or services, or promotional material from time to time, or to contact you when necessary. We use your Demographic Data to customize and tailor your experience on the Site, displaying content that we think you might be interested in and according to your preferences. Resumes you submit for job applications will not be used for marketing purposes.

Sharing of Personal Information Vital Images will not monitor, edit, or disclose any Personal Information about you, including its contents or your use of the Site, without your prior consent unless Vital Images has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with legal process or other legal requirements of any governmental authority; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Vital Images ; (iii) enforce this Agreement; (iv) protect the interests of other users of the Site or any other person; or (v) operate or conduct maintenance and repair of Vital Images services or equipment, including the services as authorized by law. You acknowledge that you have no expectation of privacy with respect to the Internet generally.
4. User Choice Regarding Collection, Use and Distribution of Personal Information You may choose not to provide Vital Images with any Personal Information. In such an event, you can still access and use this Site. If you do not wish to receive information and promotional material from us or from some of our partners, you may select the appropriate "opt-out" option each time we ask you for Personal Information.
5. Other Limits to Your Privacy The Site contains links to other web sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such web sites. We have no control over its use and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose any Personal Information on these web sites.
6. Updates and Changes to Privacy Policy We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to add to, change, update or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update or modification on the Site. Any such change, update or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
